Stone Painting
Black slate is a special product of Fanshe pit community. The black slate is a sedimentary rock with lower hardness. After being washed by flash floods, it presents round stones with about 8-15 cm thick and 15-30 cm diameter. The stone surface is fine and smooth. In the 60s and 70s of the Republic of China, it can be used as a step stone for the garden by the gardening. Because of special texture and shape, the community college set up a stone painting class to teach people painting stone in 2001. Black slate is given an alternative artistic life by painting.

- Select stone
- Paint plaster primer before air dry
- Paint acrylic primer before air dry
- Composition and transfer printing
- Paint before air dry
- Paint protective agent
- Complete after air dry
