The ancients said: "Three bowls of tea a day, live to ninety-nine". The tea is the best drink for the ancient health care.

Natural climate, geographical environment and humanistic qualities represent good natural conditions, favourable geographical position, and harmonious personal factors respectively. The three factors are combined to create a peaceful life that is called “San Tai”.

     San Tai was the first tea garden in Yilan County to obtain the "organic tea certification". In 1999, it achieved the Japanese MOA natural agricultural organic cultivation certification. It did not use chemical pesticides, chemical fertilizers and herbicides. In the 2017 National Red Tea (small-leaf variety) Tea Production Technical Competition, and the 8th International Tea Awards 2010 Organic Tea Group Silver Award, "Energy, Health, and Environmental Protection" is a leisurely environment.
